    when i download any theme it says “there is no theme dottedrepofinal or the server is currently down” i did this before and there was a theme called dottedrepofinal and i called my friend to do download the same theme and it worked

    There is no theme by that name. There is no way your friend downloaded it.

    The theme is dottedredofinal not repo
